Practical support for ADHD brains

FOR BRAINS LIKE OURS

Who this is for

This is for adults with ADHD - diagnosed or self-identified - who want practical, structured support. You might recognise yourself if:

  • You’re capable but inconsistent

  • You start strong and struggle to sustain momentum

  • You overcommit and then feel overwhelmed

  • You know what to do but don’t follow through

  • You’re tired of relying on panic or last-minute pressure

I Work Best With:

  • Creative professionals who struggle to land ideas

  • High performing adults who rely on pressure

  • Late diagnosed adults recalibrating how they work

  • Self employed or freelance people who need structure without corporate systems

  • Parents juggling work, home and ADHD

designed for how you think

What Coaching Looks Like

Coaching is a partnership, not a fix.
You’re not broken. Your brain just goes offline under load.
My role is to hold the spotlight so you can see what’s already there - your strengths, your patterns, and the possibilities you may have lost sight of in the noise of daily life. Each session ends with a clear next step that feels doable for your brain and your life.Sessions are:

  • 45 minutes

  • Online via Google Meet

  • Weekly or fortnightly

  • $75 NZD per session (current training rate)

  • $450 NZD for the Six Session Reset

  • Evening sessions designed for people who think more clearly once the day has quietened down.

  • Limited availability

Coaching is most valuable when we work together for a minimum of 6 sessions. This allows enough time to identify patterns, test new structures and build momentum.
As part of my certification pathway, I am required to charge for coaching hours.
I am permitted to offer a limited number of complimentary sessions. If cost is a barrier, you can email or text to discuss options.

*Coaching is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment or crisis support
If you need therapy or clinical support, I'll encourage you to work with the right professional alongside coaching.

About Me

Seven years ago, my son’s teacher suggested Oscar be assessed for ADHD....

...and I ended up getting diagnosed as well. Learning how to work with my brain changed how I approach work, energy and structure and led me to retrain after years as a Creative Director.
Advertising gave me a front-row seat to creative brains under pressure. I know how capable they are. I also know how quickly they burn out without the right scaffolding.
